This is a terrific way to learn about wine regions, wine styles, winemaking, and the wine industry, and for all levels of wine knowledge– there is a lot to learn, we always have repeat participants because we keep the topics new and exciting. This is a fun class to take with a family member or friend! We will be tasting wines at every class, and we will show you how to expectorate (spit out) if you don’t wish to swallow the wine. Many of the classes will involve a guest speaker, a winery field trip or a visit by a winemaker or winery representative. Min 15, Max 24. Participants must be 21 years old. Do not wear perfume or heavily scented skin products.
